The Power Of Free....

Sandra Bullock has a saying that goes something like this - "I'll do anything for free stuff."

She's not alone in this.  Let's face it - everyone likes getting something for free.  This inescapable fact about human nature has allowed business owners to capitalise on it to their own advantage.  We now find the proverbial 'freebies' attached to just about everything.  So, if everyone is doing it, how do you turn giving away stuff into a powerful business tool....?

The trick is to provide someone with something for nothing that has real value to them.  That gives them a real reason to open your next email or read your blog posts etc.  You've established credibility with them, you've made them think 'wow, I wonder what else they can provide which will be of interest and value to me'.

The key here is VALUE; whatever you give away must provide real benefits otherwise you risk turning them off and once you do that you've probably lost them permanently.

Once you've established this credibility as being someone who has something of value to offer you then have an opening to provide more stuff they'll find valuable. Only now you'll be selling instead of giving.

If you've done the free bit properly, you shouldn't find it too difficult to get people to pay for more of the same value.  Whilst people love getting free stuff, most of us also realistically expect to have to start paying for it at some point.  There is also the expectation that if you are giving away great stuff for free then what you have for sale should be even bigger and better and of more value.  Which is precisely the expectation that you set out to achieve by giving away the free sample in the first place....

What sort of free stuff do you give away....

This really depends on what you're trying to build a market for.  If you are using your blog or running a website to promote an affiliate marketing program then what you give away (and what you blog about) needs to support that program or product.  It needs to promote and encourage people to either join that program or buy the product you're selling.

Giving Stuff Of Value Away Definitely Works

I'm certainly an advocate of giving away things with real value. There are bad ways to go about doing it, but it works when done properly. If you are ONLY writing free content to directly make money, then you're probably doing it for the wrong reason. Try giving away free things of value to build trust/relationships. I think people only doing those things for a direct buck will achieve the opposite result.

It’s kind of like those demonstrations you see in supermarkets or food halls where you get to taste a tiny sample of some amazing product.  The sample is just enough to whet your appetite for the product.  If you want more, you have to buy it.

Most consumer’s thought patterns follow a predictable series of steps when confronted with online marketing.

  1. Uh-oh, my built-in scam alert is sounding.
  2. Well, I guess it won’t hurt to download this free stuff they’re offering.  It’s not going to actually commit me to anything.
  3. Hmmm, there is some interesting information / advice here.
  4. Well that worked!  Seems this mob know what they’re talking about.  I might check them out and see what else they’re offering.

In other words, it’s important that what you’re giving away isn’t rubbish.  Your potential sign ups / customers will see through your ploy quickly enough, and avoid you like the plague.  Worse still, they’ll sound the alarm!

In today’s world of online reviews, a bad rep spreads like wildfire and before you know it, you’re branded a pariah.  Don’t do that!  Be of value, take the time to build trust and relationships, and establish yourself as someone of good repute.  You’ll be surprised how far that will take you.

11 Obstacles To Overcome On Your Way To Success

It was Earl Nightingale who penned the now famous phrase - Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal.

You will notice that there is no mention of what exactly you’ll achieve by being ‘successful’. This is because we all have different definitions of success. We all have different goals, different dreams and different paths to take to achieve those goals and ideals. However, one thing that many people DO have in common is that they fail to achieve those goals and ideals. Here are some of the most common of those reasons:

Own Your Goals

One of the biggest reasons for failing to achieve our goals is because we don’t actually own them. Think about it – you may have gone to University and obtained a degree but whose goal was that really? Yours, or your family’s? You may have then been expected to go on to do great and wonderful things in ‘your’ chosen career but again, whose ideals were those?

If they weren’t yours then chances are you bombed out big time and either did something else completely different with your life or have never gone past the stage of ‘average’ achievements. Because you simply weren’t interested in those goals.

If those goals were yours however then you’re more likely to be right on target to achieve them. That’s the difference between owning your goals or working to realise someone else’s. It’s far easier to remain motivated if the goals are your own and they’re goals you care about.

Be Prepared To Take Risks

Often achieving goals is just as much about taking risks as it is about achieving said goals. At some point most successful people took a risk. They did something without any guarantees that it would work out. Whether it was quitting a job they didn’t like or investing every spare cent they had into something, they gambled on it paying off for them. Often it did, sometimes it didn’t. But the truly successful ones never let failure stand in their way. They picked themselves up, dusted themselves off and started again.

Prioritise Your Time

Time is of the essence, which loosely translated means you don’t have the time, aren’t willing to find the time or have underestimated the amount of time it will take to achieve something. You’ve probably also overcommitted yourself. So, feeling overwhelmed, you give up.

Instead of doing that, learn to prioritise your time instead. Focus on the important stuff, the activities that will get the most results. The rest can wait. In other words, work smarter, not harder! And remember that the road to success is paved with good intentions.

Be Prepared To Put In The Hard Yards

Closely related to time management is underestimating the amount of work, much of it hard, required to achieve a particular goal. This is a classic reason why so many would-be online marketers fail. They go into a business or opportunity believing a lot of the marketing hype about how ‘easy’ it is to earn money then become discouraged when they realise it isn’t easy at all. In fact it takes a LOT of very hard work. As Thomas A. Edison so sagely remarked ‘Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.’

Remember - very few worthwhile things in life are ever easy and that applies to goals as well. Therefore, instead of thinking about how hard something is, think of it as a great learning opportunity. And as you acquire the required skills it’ll become easier.

Focus, Focus, Focus

Do you get distracted easily? This is another big reason people fail to achieve their goals. It’s easier, and often more interesting, to see what our friends are up to on Facebook or check our emails. Or you may have set yourself so many goals that it’s impossible to focus on just one of them. So you jump from one to the other, never doing enough with any of them to get anywhere.

Maybe you like multitasking. Multitasking is great when you’re doing housework – you can listen to the radio, dance your way around the sweeping, and get fit whilst you’re about it. Multitasking is not so great when you’re trying to work towards a goal though. Being a jack-of-all-trades but master of none is not the way to achieve goals. So save the multitasking for the housework and focus on working on one thing at a time when it comes to making a success of a business venture.

Patience Is A Virtue

Sometimes it seems like we’ve been working forever on a particular goal but we’re still not making any money or getting the desired results. This is a big incentive to give up altogether. It’s a lot like that piece of wise advice we’ve all heard about throwing good money after bad. You can fix this though by setting smaller, more achievable goals – this is ‘progressive realisation’. For example, you wouldn’t expect to be able to lift heavy weights without putting in the necessary training; if your goal is to be able to lift 150 kilos you’d start by lifting 50 kilos and working your way up in weights. Patience, and persistence, are required.

And Perseverance Pays Off

If at first you don’t succeed – persevere. Persistence is vital in achieving most worthwhile goals. You have to keep going even if the going gets tough. For many of us though it’s just easier to give up. However, if you look on it not as failing, but as finding 10,000 ways that won't work, you too could be a Thomas Edison.

Relearn And Reset Bad Habits

Often one of the biggest hurdles to achieving a goal is our bad habits. This one is a bit like retraining a horse. First you have to unteach it every bad habit it’s ever learnt then reteach it the right things. Most of the time it’s a case of two steps forward, one step back. But if you focus on the two steps backwards instead of the one step forward, you’re not going to see the progress you’re actually making. So focus instead on that one step in the right direction.

Be It Ever So Humble

Very few people are instant overnight successes. They don’t suddenly wake up one morning and find that every goal they’ve ever set for themselves has been achieved whilst they’ve been asleep. Many of them have done whatever it took, however ‘lowly’, at least in the earlier stages, to achieve their goals. Some of the richest entrepreneurs today started out knocking on doors to make sales. Many will also admit that they practised spamming before it was ‘outlawed’. It takes humility to do some of these things and humility to admit to doing them too. Not too many people have this humility.

An Optimist Sees The Opportunity In Every Difficulty

Staying optimistic in the face of seemingly unsurmountable obstacles is another issue many of us face when pursuing our goals. If it looks too high, too wide or too deep, we turn back. What we should be doing is finding a way over it, around it, or under it. And if all else fails, barge through it. Because quite often just beyond that obstacle lies success.

Learn To Love Yourself

And finally, many of us also lack self-confidence. We worry about what other people will think of us. We underestimate our skills; we don’t think we’re good enough, smart enough, or talented enough. We get discouraged easily because of this. And we often make emotional instead of rational decisions. The self-confident person though strides boldly forward, never doubting themselves or their abilities. These are the people who usually achieve their goals.

Spam - What Is It?

So what exactly is spam?

The name today is commonly associated with unwanted, uninvited viral electronic communications, usually emails.  With the increasing popularity of social media platforms it is now also associated with unwanted, uninvited viral advertising and promotional links.

The real SPAM though is a relatively harmless manufactured meat product.  The original product was made of chopped pork shoulder meat, ham meat, salt, water, sugar, sodiumnitrite (preservative) and potato starch (binder).  As the meat stock cools it forms the gelatinous glaze or aspic which is characteristic of the product. The name is believed to be derived from 'SPiced hAM' and today is often associated with low socio-economic groups.

I can recall eating spam as a child in the 'wilds' of Papua New Guinea where I spent the first 16 years of my life.  We had it lightly fried like steak, in stews and curries, on sandwiches and so on.  The fact that it came in tins and could be stored for months made it a valuable addition to a lot of pantries, especially when fresh meat was not readily available.

Spam is still popular today in many countries.  China is one of the company's most profitable divisions and it is also becoming increasingly popular throughout the rest of Asia and the Pacific.  In the US, Hawaii has the highest consumption per capita and the local Maccas outlets even have Spam Burgers on the menu.  Because of its popularity there, a variety of Spam products not seen anywhere else are available like Hot and Spicy Spam, Spam with Bacon, Honey Spam etc.

So... how did a popular pantry item wind up as the name of one of the main curses of the modern electronic communications era?

Most likely through a 1970 sketch of the same name performed by the infamous Monty Python where it was the overwhelming, and often unwanted, ingredient in every dish served by the cafe in which the sketch was set.  Overwhelming to the point where the quantity of it smothered just about everything else in the dishes.  Hmmm, sound familiar.......?!

Change Your Financial Situation

 Determination Is A Fine Thing

http://goo.gl/xPe5yZ

Did you know that the U.S. Social Security Board reports that 85 out of 100 Americans reaching age 65 don't possess as much as $250. And only 2% are self-sustaining (the rest are dependent on family, church, or the government)!  In other words, more and more people are spending the best 40 odd years of their lives earning $40,000 a year or less just so that they can retire on 40% of what wasn't enough in the first place.

And because what most of us earn through regular employment is barely enough to get by on, debt is also becoming a huge problem for many people - is this you?  Are debt problems taking over your life?  Are you worried about where the money is going to come from to pay those bills on the table or feed your family?  And if you have those worries now, what's going to happen when you retire and you are reduced to living on 40% of what isn't enough to live on properly now?

How You Can Change Your Financial Situation

Find out how you can change this and solve your debt problems once and for all ....

Financial problems can strike anyone at any time.  There's no shame in it.  It happens to many different people in many different situations.  The difference between those who let it take them over and dictate their life and those who choose to turn their circumstances around and fight for a better life, is determination, mind set, resolve and commitment.  If you are determined that this 'minor set back' is not going to rule your life and if you can develop a mind set that says WHEN not IF, if you can visualize yourself doing the all things you want to do, having all the things you want to have, living the life you want to live then you're already a long way down the path to achieving those very things.

Simple Tips To Turn Your Debt Situation Around

But back to practicalities - there are a range of simple little things that anyone can do to try and turn their current debt condition into something more positive.  By sticking to a few simple resolutions, by finding various ways to do thing differently you can save money and you can get out of debt.  And it is possible to do this without feeling as though you're missing out on anything.  Life does not have to become more difficult because you're cutting down your spending.  You may also gain some insight into your finances which is a valuable, helpful tool that will stand you in good stead throughout life.

  • Reading up on debt and financial management can alter your perspective on money and how you view your financial future.  The internet is full of information and advice on debt management, how to get out of debt, how to save money and how to be financially secure.  Make the time to study some of this advice.  Then make sure you take appropriate action because the bottom line is that you will not improve your situation, you will not get out of debt, unless you have the determination and are armed with the knowledge of what it is going to take for you to have financial freedom.  So instead of simply worrying about it but doing nothing, get up and do something about it TODAY before you get in too deep and run out of time to find easy solutions.
  • One of the most obvious ways to solve your money problems is to simply start spending less money every chance you get or can think of.  Do this diligently and you will almost certainly save quite a bit of money, probably more than you would think possible.  Start out small - save a few dollars here and there every day and by the end of the month you could well be quite surprised by how much you've managed to save.
Making the effort to alleviate any debt and secure some financial stability early in life is the best gift you can give your future.  It will save you stress and will allow you to take advantage of opportunities that may never have come along had your finances not been in order. And you know what??  Pinching pennies doesn't mean that you can't still have fun and enjoy yourself.  It just means that you need to put a bit more thought into what you spend money on and be a bit more conservative in your spending habits.

Improve Your Debt Condition

Your debt condition can and will improve but only if you take the appropriate steps required to get you to that position. You are the one who should be in control of your life and your finances.

Commit To Making The Changes That Matter

So, back to that self sustaining 2% who are in the enviable position of being financially secure with the freedom that comes from knowing that they don't have any debt or money concerns.  What have they done differently to the other 98%?  You can bet that at least a percentage of them, and probably more than you think, have struggled with debt and financial problems too at some point in their lives.  The difference is that they made a commitment to turn their situation around instead of just wishing and hoping that things would get better.  They visualized themselves living the way they wanted to live and that is the secret.  Once your mind decides that is how something is going to be, the body automatically takes action and you find a way to make it happen.

Make it so today is not like yesterday and tomorrow will be different forever ~ Tony Robbins.

Your Website Or Blog Is What Your Content Makes It

Are you looking for affordable content for your website or blog?

If you own a website or blog that is intended to earn money, one of the best ways to attract customers, or readers, is by loading it up with relevant, quality content. That is, content your readers want to read and find useful. Content that will keep them coming back for more and keep your visitor counter ticking over.

How do you obtain these articles and content? If you’re a dab hand at writing yourself, then the choice is simple. You can write them yourself. For the Hemingway’s amongst us, this is an ideal solution to getting a steady stream of unique, quality content. Unfortunately, the gift of writing well wasn’t granted to everyone but hey, you’ll have other talents that those who can write well, don’t have. Perhaps you have a great singing voice or can paint like Leonardo himself. Those are pretty awesome talents to have. Maybe you have an excellent business mind that can turn any idea into a moneymaker. Whatever your particular talent is, remember to make the most of it because you were given it for a reason!

Not Quite Up To Shakespeare’s Standard As A Writer? No Problem….

But back to the talent of being able to write well and creating quality content for your website or blog. If you don’t have this talent, or perhaps you do but don’t have the time to spend crafting your own unique, quality content, you can outsource it.

There’s a problem here though. Many writers who produce content for others, especially cheap content, can’t actually write very well. At all! Or perhaps they can write incredibly well in their own language but when they have to write in an unfamiliar language, things go awry. Their work may come across as overly flowery or excessively verbose. The phrasing may not be quite right, they use terms out of context and their grammar leaves a lot to be desired. However, because they’re cheap, website owners buy their work or hire them as writers.

Unfortunately, the phrase “You get what you pay for” springs to mind here. There is a reason the big guns happily pay good writers hundreds of dollars for well-written, well-researched relevant content. They are guaranteed of getting well-written, well-researched highly relevant work! To paraphrase an oft-quoted sentiment - if you want monkeys to write your content for you, then by all means think interms of peanuts! But don’t be surprised when visitors to your site or blog are turned away by the lack of quality you’ve provided for them to read! The Internet is full of websites and blogs sporting this type of poor content. Do you want yours to be just another one of those?

Content Is King But Quality Content Is Even More Important

If your intention is to have a website or blog that is supposed to generate income in some way then quality content is paramount. If I land on a website that is full of obviously spun, overly promotional content or it’s poorly written, I take off again as fast as I landed. I’d imagine most potential paying customers feel the same way! On the other hand, if your content is factual, to the point and provides your readers with valuable, interesting information without trying to push a sale onto them, you’ll likely find yourself in with a better chance of making a sale. And if not then at least you’ll have established yourself as a genuine source of credible information and worthy of a repeat visit.

Eventually your visitors will come to trust you and bingo – you’re now the first person they’ll think of when they need what you’re selling.

Find The Right Person To Write The Right Content For You

If you are interested in quality, affordable content for your website or blog, there are certainly people out there who can write very well but don’t charge an arm and a leg. It’s just a case of finding them….

Do You Have A Blog Or A Splog?

What is a splog?

We've all seen those 'blogs', for want of a better name, which are little more than a few pages of poorly written, usually meaningless, content, heaps of affiliate links, advertising, promo banners and the like.  That is a splog.

Just as spam emails are emails written purely to advertise products, affiliate links and websites, a spam blog is a blog written purely to advertise products, affiliate links and websites.  Granted, they are a lot less common these days than they were a few years ago - we can thank the search engines for that.  They regularly weed out these types of sites with new algorithms and rules.  However, there are still thousands upon thousands of sites out there masquerading as legitimate 'blogs' that are in reality just sophisticated splogs.  They clutter up the Internet and provide very little in the way of real value.

A splog's main purpose is to send people to associated/affiliate websites and landing pages.  To this end, they're specifically designed to manipulate search engine results and hog rankings for particular keywords.  All the rage a few years ago but search engines are getting smarter and smarter and keyword stuffing, which is what most splogs are full of, is more likely to have the opposite effect these days.

Duplicate, or near to duplicate, content is also an issue with many splogs.  Article spinning software is a serial splogger's best friend - it gives them the remarkable talent of being able to use other people's work and rephrase enough of it to fool search engines.

And as for wanting to know something about the author ...  Forget that - IF there is any information provided it's likely to be very sketchy at best and completely fake at worst.

Then there are the links and ads; they're everywhere in a splog.  No tasteful and relevant placement tactics involved whatsoever - just make the text fit the link and then shove half a dozen ads on there as well so no-one misses the point.

Sploggers beware however - these days search engines are placing more and more emphasis on quality content and reader engagement and they're penalising websites and blogs that are deemed to be overly promotional in nature and not providing value.  Website hosts, particularly those who offer free websites and free hosting, are following suit and many 'bloggers' are suddenly finding themselves 'blogless' literally overnight.  Blogger and Wordpress in particular are starting to jump on anything they consider is more splog than blog.

And the solution??  That's a no-brainer - make sure you have a blog, not a splog!

Do Your Blog Posts, Articles & Web Content Make Sense?

Make sure your blog posts, articles and web content are written correctly and make sense....

You know the scenario....   You have several blogs and / or websites and you are determined to keep the content on them fresh by posting at least one new post or article daily.  But - where to find the time to write them, let alone come up with new ideas for content on a daily basis.

Enter outsourcing via PeoplePerHour, AirTasker, Elance, Odesk, Fiverr etc.  These services are a godsend to the active blogger BUT there are some pitfalls.  One of the most common problems, if your blog posts and articles need to be written in the Queen's English, is that many of these writers do not write the Queen's English particularly well.  Chances are the pieces are sometimes even written in another language altogether and then translated into English by our friend Google Translator.  Certainly some of them read that way....

Another favourite method is the ubiquitous article spinner; a very handy tool indeed in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing with it but the producer of very ordinary, and sometimes quite amusingly bad, articles if one doesn't keep on top of them.

Some cultures also favour verbose, ornate, flowery language which again is not typically English.    Which is fine unless your native language is English. Then it just looks kinda .... strange and  'spammy'.

Or those pesky SEO words and phrases, that have to be included if you want anyone to actually find your blog or site, look like they’ve just been plonked into the text without any real attempt to integrate them!

Now, I'm not saying ban outsourced article writing altogether!! I have an online research, writing, editing and proof reading service myself so I'd hate to shoot myself in the foot.  What I am saying is that if you are in the habit of outsourcing some of your writing then you should at least read the article, blog post or whatever before you post it just to be sure it makes sense, both literally and figuratively.  There is already a proliferation of poorly written garbage out there in Internet land so why add to it!

Recruiting The Right Person For The Job – Yes It Is Important!

Hiring the right type of person to fill a role within your company could just be one of the most important business decisions you’ll make.  Employees can, and often do, make or break a business.  If you’re in the retail business for instance, your team members on the shop floor are your first line of contact with your customers.  And given that it’s those customers who bring in the money to keep your business running, it pays to make sure you have the right team members in the right positions.  Not everyone is cut out to work in retail.  Recognising this simple truth is a key factor in successful recruiting, regardless of the industry being recruited for.

Know Your Requirements And What You’re Looking For When Recruiting

A good retail team member needs to possess certain skill sets or they simply won’t be able to do the job satisfactorily.  An outgoing, friendly and pleasant personality for example is a big part of being a successful retail employee.  Someone who greets customers as they walk in the door to your establishment with a big smile and a warm greeting goes a long way towards establishing a favourable first impression of your business.  On the other hand, an employee who ignores customers, is grouchy, uncommunicative, unfriendly and unwilling to help will usually send customers back out the door as fast as they came in!

Another attribute a good retail employee should have is an aptitude for picking up product knowledge.  They should know, or be prepared to learn, about the products they’re selling.  Customers almost always expect sales staff to know at least the basics and will often ask for assistance or product information.  If your sales team can’t provide that information, your customer could well take their business elsewhere.

This is just one example of how important it is to ensure you have the right people doing the right jobs for you.  So how do you work out before you employ someone just what you’re looking for?

Job Analysis – Making Sure You Put A Round Peg In A Round Hole

The first step is undertaking a thorough job analysis with a view to putting together a detailed job description.  Make a list of the responsibilities involved in the position you’re hiring for.  To use the retail example above, if you’re hiring a senior team member, the person may be responsible for all the day end activities which includes shutting down the point of sale system, counting and reconciling the day’s takings, putting it in the safe, doing the banking and so on.  Therefore, you would expect some prior experience in these activities.  And as they’ll be handling money, you should also probably factor in a police clearance.  On top of that, they should also have a good sales track record with relevant experience of the retail industry.  On the other hand, if you’re just hiring a junior sales clerk, the person may not need to be anything more than a well-presented pleasant, outgoing personality who is willing to learn on the job.

Yes Virginia, Dusting Is Important But So Is Helping Customers

Therefore, knowing the requirements for the job at hand, and the duties the person will be required to do underpins successful recruiting.  You should also be able to clearly define the relative importance of those duties in terms of the overall position.  Your junior sales person for instance may be required to dust the shelves each morning.   However, their number one priority is attending to your customers.  What you don’t want them doing is ignoring customers because they ‘have to get the dusting done.’

Yes Virginia, Dreams Are Possible!

Even if sometimes they seem impossible .…

We’ve all had ‘those’ dreams…. The ones where we dream that our bank account is loaded with cash, giving us the freedom to live our lives as we please. Buy what we please, go where we please without ever having to count the cost.

For many people, the closest they come to realising this dream is a trip to their local lotto kiosk to buy their weekly lotto ticket. Along with the millions of others who do the same thing. All dreaming that impossible dream – that they’ll somehow wake up one morning and find themselves on the list of ‘newest’ millionaires. Or at least a few thousand dollars richer.

Unfortunately for most folk, that’s all it ever amounts to – a dream. Your lotto numbers never seem to come up, or if they do, hundreds of others also had those same numbers. And if winning lotto is the highest you aspire to, then that’s fine and may you be that lucky one in a million whose numbers come up in the top division.

For the rest of us – we need to learn how to aspire higher. Set goals that, whilst achievable, challenge us and push us outside our comfort zone to achieve more than we’d usually achieve.  We need to get over thinking we ‘can’t’ do something because, sure as eggs, if you think you ‘can’t’ do something, you won’t do it. If you believe it’s too hard to create an income for yourself that will achieve all those things you dream about, then it will be too hard. If you think being rich beyond your wildest dreams is unattainable, it will be. Guaranteed. BUT only for YOU though, not for anyone else who is prepared to dig deep and find the resources within themselves to get the hard things done.

Think about all the things the human race has achieved…. We can soar with the birds but 200 years ago that would have been thought impossible. Lucky for us the Wright brothers thought otherwise and were prepared to work hard to achieve their dream – that one day mankind would be able to soar with the birds.

It’s the same for most other inventions that today we take for granted. Someone, at some time, had a dream but instead of believing that their dream was unattainable, or hard, or impossible, they set themselves a goal to DO it. Whatever it took. And by and large, most of them succeeded. Limiting yourself with self-doubts, with self-limiting assumptions, WILL surely limit you. But if you take hold of your dream with both hands, if you break it up into attainable goals, and if you steadfastly stick to achieving each and every one of those goals you will inevitably find that, before you know it, your once impossible seeming dream is within touching distance. The impossible has become possible….

It was Thomas Edison who famously said that genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. Unfortunately, most of us prefer to think of success as being the other way around – 99% inspiration and 1% perspiration. It isn’t.

What’s your dream and how close are you to realizing it!
